Mr. Nikhil Bhatnagar, appointed as an Independent Director on 15th December 2025, is a seasoned Indian business leader with experience across Banking, Media, Entertainment Production, Digital Marketing, EV Technology, and News Broadcasting. An alumnus of IIT Guwahati, IIM Ahmedabad, and the London School of Arts (UCLAN, UK), he has held key positions at Standard Chartered Bank, Aviva Life Insurance, Times of India Group, Rhythm & Hues/Prime Focus/SKF, and leadership roles at A2Z News and News India24. He has contributed to major films, national media campaigns, EV industry growth, and now leads the Asian Fashion Tour India (MSME Unit). Known for his creative intelligence, leadership, and strategic vision, he brings strong cross-functional and industry-diverse expertise to the Board.
