Our History
Our Company was originally incorporated on 25 th January 2022 as a Private Limited
Company as “Omnistar Advertising Private Limited” vide Registration No. 159055
under the provisions of The Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of
Companies,Telangana.
Thereafter the name of the Company was changed to “Omnistar Entertainment.Com
Private Limited” and with a view to expand the business, our Company was
converted into public limited company as “Omnistar Entertainment.Com Limited” in
the year 2023.
