Mr. Parthasarathi Patra serves as an Independent Director of the Company, appointed to the Board on 15th December 2025. He is a highly accomplished senior banking professional with more than 35 years of diversified experience, including leadership roles at the top executive level in the State Bank of India (SBI), where he served as Chief General Manager across key verticals such as corporate credit, internal audit, risk, compliance, and governance. With his extensive background in credit, risk, governance, compliance, and leadership at one of India’s largest financial institutions, Mr. Patra brings unmatched strategic insight and strong governance capabilities to the Board. His experience in international banking, financial regulations, leadership development, and digital transformation significantly enhances the Company’s decision-making, risk culture, and long-term strategic planning.
