With a robust background in accounts, finance, Secretarial compliances, he brings over six years of his expertise in exercising his responsibilities as an independent director in a bona fide manner in the interest of the company. His career began in accounting, where he honed his skills in financial reporting and auditing. Over time, his focus shifted to insolvency, where he had successfully assisted in filing Resolution plans in CIRP process and navigated companies financial through distress. He is well-versed in regulatory compliances, ensuring that all financial practices adhere to stringent legal and industry standards. His deep understanding of both financial management and legal requirements has been instrumental in guiding organizations through challenging economic landscapes and maintaining operational integrity.
